Why this role exists

We're looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own how we communicate with users throughout the customer lifecycle.

Working closely with Product, Growth, and Operations, you'll turn product features, customer insights, and business goals into clear, engaging, high-converting campaigns.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You'll own campaigns end-to-end—from messaging and asset creation to launch, analysis, and optimization.

What you'll do

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and optimize onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and reactivation journeys.
  • Run campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-product messaging.
  • Improve engagement, conversion, and retention through testing and experimentation.

Product Marketing

  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products and features.
  • Launch new products and features with clear go-to-market plans.
  • Create enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Campaign Creation & Execution

  • Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, product updates, and marketing materials.
  • Create polished campaign assets and maintain a high bar for quality and brand consistency.
  • Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance and define success metrics.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, engagement, and conversion data.
  • Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve results.
