We are looking for a Program Manager, Fulfillment Operations to join our corporate Operations Team. This individual will report into our Manager of Program Management and lead critical facility buildout and automation initiatives across SupplyHouse's fulfillment network. They will own end-to-end project execution for new FC launches, relocations, and automation system deployments, coordinating closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position will require travel up to 15% of the year, including to our Melville, NY headquarters up to 3 times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities, as well as travel to our on-site fulfillment locations. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility
Base Salary: $82,000 – $103,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution for large-scale fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield facility launches and FC moves from inception through go-live
- Own end-to-end coordination of automation system deployments (goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, WMS integration) in partnership with automation vendors and internal IT
- Define project scope, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics; maintain detailed project plans and hold workstream owners accountable to timelines
- Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to align project objectives and drive seamless execution
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Real Estate to develop and maintain capital and labor models supporting facility investment decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables across automation, construction, and equipment partners; escalate risks and hold vendors to contractual commitments
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment on project status, risks, and decisions
- Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively surface issues to leadership with clear options and recommendations
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews to validate throughput, labor, and cost assumptions against design targets; feed lessons learned into future facility design
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the fulfillment network in partnership with the CI team
- Develop and maintain operational and financial models (volume projections, labor planning, capacity utilization) to support facility design and investment decisions
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of program management experience in a supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related distribution/logistics field
- Experience managing large-scale capital programs/projects ($5M+) including vendor contracts and equipment procurement
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with simultaneous workstreams across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct on-site fulfillment or warehouse operations experience
- Experience with greenfield facility buildouts or large-scale FC relocations
- Familiarity with WES/WCS integration and automation vendor management
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
- Experience in e-commerce or distribution environment
