Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring through intensive sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment administration. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needs
Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks
Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
Send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups
Support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration
Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the process
Required Qualifications
Previous hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment
Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows
High attention to detail and process adherence
Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruitment teams
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
Tools & Technology
ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar
Sourcing & Scheduling Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boards
Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
