Now we are looking for a Sales Operations Team Lead in Brazil who will oversee JoomPro sales workflow and ensure seamless post-sale deal management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full JoomPro deal cycle — from process design to execution and ongoing control at each stage
  • Continuously improve and streamline existing operations
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless cross-functional workflows
  • Lead quality control and post-sales operations, support sales processes
  • Introduce new processes to internal teams through trainings and demos
  • Manage and develop a team of two people
