We are looking for passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Business Analyst will include
- Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements;
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions;
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories;
- Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement;
- Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met;
- Assist in user acceptance testing and training activities;
- Ensure alignment with data governance policies and Azure-based AI project scope;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
