If so, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us attract the kind of talent that drives our business forward:

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and business-critical roles across fintech, finance, risk, and corporate functions

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and refining hiring needs when needed

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines of top-tier talent

• Craft compelling, insight-driven job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and ambition

• Drive proactive headhunting for hard-to-fill and senior positions

• Contribute to and shape employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, events, and other channels

• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners where relevant

• Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decisions

What you’ll need to succeed:

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and thrives in a fast-moving environment:

• 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally with senior-level hiring exposure

• Strong background in IT, fintech, finance, or risk roles is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions

• Confident headhunter mindset with experience engaging passive candidates

• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search methods

• Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability for results

• Fluent English and Bulgarian (written and spoken)

• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel)
