Job description
From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager for one of our clients, a luxury lifestyle maison that sits at the intersection of design, craftsmanship, fragrance, culture and storytelling. The offices are in Lisbon.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
Job Description:
- Define and execute the global social media strategy, aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement content plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Lead the creation and production of high-quality visual and video content, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand voice.
- Develop storytelling strategies that strengthen the brand identity across Home Décor, Fragrance, Design, Culture, and Lifestyle categories.
- Design and manage the global influencer and partnership strategy, building strong relationships with creators, tastemakers, and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor consumer trends, digital behaviors, and market opportunities to enhance brand relevance among luxury audiences.
- Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance through KPIs and reporting, driving traffic, conversions, and business growth.
- Support the positioning of the brand as a culturally relevant luxury maison by amplifying product launches, collaborations, retail activations, and brand experiences worldwide.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in luxury social media, influence, digital communications or content strategy
- Experience within luxury lifestyle, design, fashion, beauty, fragrance, hospitality or high-end consumer brands
- Native English speaker or perfectly fluent English
- Strong understanding of affluent and luxury consumer behavior
- Proven experience building social media growth strategies
- Excellent visual and storytelling sensibility
- Comfortable creating content directly when needed
- Strong analytical capabilities and performance mindset
- International outlook and cultural curiosity
We offer:
- Indefinite contract of 40 hours per week
- Salary is paid in 14 instalments (13th salary: vacation allowance / 14th salary: Christmas allowance)
- Salary: 55k + Target bonus of 10% based on quantitative and qualitative objectives
