Waiter / Waitress THE ROOFTOP

As a Waiter you uplift the guest's experience during their visit to THE ROOFTOP. We are looking for individuals who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the overall experience of The Rooftop’s customers. You will play a crucial part in successfully provide an excellent experience for our guests.

This is what you’re going to do

•  Greeting customers

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the shared-dining concept, ingredients or potential food allergies)

• Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses

• Assisting to take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips

• Assist with the good communication for ordering details to the kitchen team and waiter/tress

• Serve food and drink order

• Experience working a bar/restaurant

• You are located in Barcelona (or nearby)

• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable

• Flexibility to work in evening and night shifts
