Your mission at WorkNomads:
- Analyze call recordings, performance data, and KPIs to identify strengths, gaps, and coaching opportunities for individual agents and teams.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, group training workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-time call support to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Develop and deliver customized training materials for both new hires and ongoing development
- Create campaign briefings, sales pitches, sales scripts & sales-focused knowledge article
- Collaborate with team managers and quality assurance to track progress, report on training effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze sales KPIs & outbound campaigns, both on team level & advisor level
