🧭 Your Mission

You'll be the Swiss Army knife between our customers, our product, and our internal teams. Your mission: ensure a smooth onboarding experience and lay the operational foundations that allow Vocca to scale faster and smarter.

This internship is both customer-facing (implementation, configuration, project tracking → fluent French required 🇫🇷) and internal (process improvement, cross-team communication, deployment efficiency).

🎯 Your Responsibilities

1. Customer Implementation & Project Management

  • Participate in onboarding new customers and configuring the solution to fit their needs

  • Contribute to customer project management: scoping, planning, coordination, and follow-up

  • Solve specific challenges with creativity and resourcefulness

  • Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and long-term satisfaction

2. Internal Processes & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify friction points in our internal workflows and help simplify them

  • Contribute to the design and rollout of new processes to accelerate deployments

  • Improve communication between teams (product, tech, sales)

  • Structure customer feedback and surface it to the product roadmap

📈 What You'll Have Accomplished

  • 1 month : Mastery of tools, workflows, and the product. Able to run a customer implementation end-to-end.

  • 3 months : Active participation in 5–15 onboardings. First processes documented and adopted. Customer feedback turned into concrete proposals.

  • 6 months : Trusted operational go-to person for both customers and internal teams. Visible contribution to product evolution.

This internship is for you if:

  • You're pragmatic, organized, and customer-oriented

  • You love the tools and processes that make things run

  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy bringing structure

  • You can speak just as easily to customers as to engineers

  • You speak fluent French 🇫🇷

Bonus points if:

  • You've already worked with CRMs, billing tools, or reporting platforms

  • You have prior experience in a startup or scale-up tech environment

⚙️ Hiring Process

  1. Intro call (30 min) — Hugo (Senior Business Ops)

  2. On-site case study (60 min) — Julie (Head of Ops) & Hugo (Senior Business Ops)

  3. Final interview (30 min) — Eliott (Founder)

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.
