Senior Product Manager

Your mission

Own product outcomes end to end on your scope, from market research to roadmap and impact measurement, by aligning stakeholders, leveraging data and user insights, and driving fast, high-quality execution.

What you'll do

• Define the strategy on your scope: gather needs from Ops, clients, and prospects, leverage our data, set the KPIs, and align CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Sales, and Head of Ops.

• Own the roadmap: shape Epics, prioritize with the product team, and structure cross-team communication company-wide.

• Drive delivery with engineering: refine specs with a focus on quality and velocity, ship to production, assess quality, and measure impact on your KPIs.

• Build a culture of written knowledge across every workflow stage so the team scales without losing context.

• Lead product marketing rollouts: internally with sales and ops enablement (Notion, Loom, live sessions) and externally through newsletters and feature announcements to clients and prospects.

We would love to work with you if

• You have solid PM craft on both discovery and delivery, with strong opinions on what makes a product succeed.

• You are data-fluent: comfortable writing SQL, you understand SaaS fundamentals, and you use AI tools daily to boost your output.

• You think business first: you start with the "why", stay close to commercial reality, and make pragmatic trade-offs.

• You thrive in early-stage chaos: high ownership, high autonomy, and excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

• You are structured and rigorous in how you write specs, document decisions, and run delivery.

• You are fluent in English (working language).

• Bonus: knowledge of product-based AI agents, excellent writing skills, and hands-on experience with MVP tools (Lovable, etc.).
