Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Ecommerce Marketing Intern to join our Ecommerce team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of digital marketing — from content creation and social media management to performance analysis and campaign execution — within a live ecommerce operation.
You will collaborate directly with the Ecommerce Consultant and broader team to support marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across our online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media,
and online marketplaces.
• Help create engaging product descriptions, banners, promotional copy, and social media
content.
• Support the coordination of seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing content across ecommerce and social platforms.
Digital Marketing & SEO
• Support on-page SEO efforts including keyword research, meta descriptions, and product
listing optimization.
• Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using
tools such as Google Analytics.
• Assist in managing and updating product listings across platforms to ensure accuracy and
consistency.
• Research competitor activity and market trends to inform marketing strategy.
Customer Engagement & Community
• Help manage customer-facing communications including newsletters and promotional
emails.
• Assist in monitoring customer reviews and feedback across ecommerce channels.
• Support loyalty and retention initiatives by coordinating targeted outreach campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics across social platforms and suggest improvements.
