About Us

Better is a leading provider of telecommunications solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. Our Bournemouth office is a vibrant and supportive environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware individual to support a senior revenue-generating leader while taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the office. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring someone who can manage competing priorities, support sales activity, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as a key link across departments, helping to drive performance while maintaining a professional and well-organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to a senior commercial/sales leader, managing complex diaries, shifting priorities, and competing demands
  • Act as a key point of coordination between the executive and wider business, including sales, commercial, and business development teams
  • Track actions, follow-ups, and deadlines, ensuring tasks are driven through to completion without supervision
  • Support sales and commercial activity through reporting, pricing coordination, and deal administration with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to support business performance and decision-making
  • Handle sensitive commercial and personal information with discretion at all times
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, acting as the main point of contact for all office-related queries
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and high-performing office environment
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and facilities, liaising with building management and external suppliers for maintenance and upkeep
  • Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, office documentation, and service schedules
  • Provide additional administrative support across the business, including internal meetings and company events
