We are currently recruiting for a Grading Shed Supervisor at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern, working 6am to 6pm

Salary: £13.96 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a small grading team to ensure accurate and efficient grading of potatoes according to quality standards.
  • Monitor output and quality, reporting any issues promptly to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the grading shed.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure paperwork is completed on time and accurately (temperature checks, grading sheet etc.)
  • Ensure accurate labelling of all boxes coming off the grader
