What we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Intern in genetic engineering to join our innovative team. This intern will play a key role in the development and characterisation of cell lines. You will gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art startup laboratory while contributing to our mission of improving infant and specialised nutrition.

Key responsibilities

  • 🧪Conducting Cell Culture Experiments: You will be learning and helping senior cell scientists on various cell culture experiments.
  • 🔬Using Cell and Molecular Biology Techniques: You will apply a range of cell and molecular biology techniques, such as RT-qPCR, immuno-histochemistry, Western blot and flow cytometry.
  • 👩🏻‍💻Documentation and Reporting: You will document experimental procedures, observations to ensure data integrity and traceability and prepare comprehensive reports that convey experimental findings, progress, and potential areas for improvement.
  • 📋 Support in admin and operational tasks: As a junior member in a small startup your responsibilities will also span lab management, lab duties and helping other team members and more specifically our lab manager Julie in day to day operations!
