We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Lithuanian market. To strengthen our team in Vilnius, we are looking for a dedicated Investment Advisor who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Working with clients: attracting new clients to the company and developing relationships with existing ones;
- Ensuring first contact with the client: conducting company presentations and presenting available investment products;
- Resolving current client issues based on their individual needs and requests;
- Regular communication and maintaining contact with clients to maintain trusting relationships, informing about new opportunities in the stock market and changes in investment strategy;
- Administrative support: maintaining documentation, assistance in processing transactions, ensuring timely exchange of information between the client and the company;
- Participation in specialized conferences and business communities, which includes: presenting the company and its investment products;
- Interacting with the company's internal departments (marketing, analytics) to ensure high-quality customer service;
- Analyzing customer feedback and adapting approaches to increase their satisfaction;
- Preparing reports on the results of working with customers and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to create a portrait of the company's target customer.
