What You’ll Do

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving CtrlChain’s commercial growth by acquiring and developing strategically important customers across Europe.

You operate across the full commercial cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals and enabling long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and win large and strategically relevant customers
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline focused on impactful opportunities
  • Drive value-based selling across both SaaS and transportation solutions
  • Negotiate commercially sound agreements with strong focus on pricing, margin, and deal quality
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on logistics optimization and digital transformation
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value realization after acquisition
  • Identify and drive selective, high-value expansion opportunities within key accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Carrier Management
  • Strengthen CtrlChain’s market position through insight, network, and commercial excellence
