About the Role
Learning is central to how we grow our people and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our internal capability development programmes. Working closely with senior leaders, consultants and technical experts across the business, you will help design and deliver learning experiences that strengthen consulting, technical and leadership capability across our teams.
This is a hands-on role within a growing consulting environment where you will combine learning design, facilitation and stakeholder partnership to bring our learning strategy to life.
You will help evolve InformedACADEMY©, our internal development framework, creating engaging learning experiences that support career progression, enable our people to develop professionally, and ensure our teams stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The role will also work closely with the People Development & Experience Manager and broader People Services team, contributing to key people initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, development and organisational capability across the business.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, is curious about how people learn and perform at their best, and is motivated by the opportunity to build learning capability in an ambitious and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and design learning solutions that support business priorities.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences including workshops, facilitated sessions and digital learning.
- Develop engaging face-to-face and digital learning content using our modern Learning Management System.
- Own and evolve the InformedACADEMY© staff development programme, supporting our people through clear learning pathways and career development frameworks.
- Work closely with the People Development & Experience Manager and People Services team to support employee development, engagement and broader people initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance employee experience, organisational capability and culture.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programmes through feedback, data and insight.
- Ensure learning records and reporting are maintained accurately to support compliance, insight and improvement.
- Act as a trusted learning partner across the organisation, supporting leaders to build capability within their teams.
