About the Role
As a Marketing Business Analyst, you'll leverage your analytical, technical, and business skills to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and support key decision-making. Your role will involve answering complex questions from executive management and various teams, providing insightful recommendations, and conducting deep-dive analyses.

We're looking for someone who loves working with data and understands the marketing landscape. You should have a proactive mindset, a keen eye for opportunities, and a creative approach to solving challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing data to track performance, player acquisition, and retention.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI and player engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive data-backed decisions.

  • Work independently and within a team to solve complex analytical challenges.


    Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst (experience in the online gaming industry is an advantage).

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.

  • Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

  • BA or BS.c in Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
