About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Property Administrator to support the day-to-day management of a busy commercial building in Central London.

The role is based onsite within the management suite and involves tenant support, financial administration, operational coordination, and maintaining property records.

You will work closely with the Manager to ensure the building runs efficiently and meets high service and compliance standards.

Delivering excellent service to tenants and visitors. Maintaining accurate financial, operational, and occupancy records is essential, along with always keeping health & safety and compliance documentation up to date.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced onsite environment. Building positive working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, while providing reliable day-to-day support to the Manager, is key to performing well in this position.

Day to day, you’ll

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Manager to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and assist with supplier queries using internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, contractor, and property records, ensuring databases are kept up to date
  • Keep health & safety files, compliance records, and site logbooks updated and organised
  • Support inspections, reporting, and general onsite operational tasks as required
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and contractor visits to site.

What we expect of you

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, facilities, or commercial real estate,
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with tenants, contractors.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
