Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver dynamic RS and PSHE lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school ethos.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes open discussion and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress in RS and PSHE, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Integrate contemporary issues and real-life applications to make learning relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PSHE program and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
