Our sales team is united by a common purpose: delighting our customers, and propelling forward as the market leader for Salesforce DevOps. We’re confident in our product, market potential, and we have big plans for the future.

What’s the opportunity for a Renewals Manager at Gearset?

  • You’ll engage with our existing customers towards their renewal date, owning the commercial conversation to ensure customers renew their Gearset licences, as well as identifying expansion opportunities.

  • You’ll have the freedom to help shape the way we work, develop messaging and techniques as a team, and enjoy the creativity helping build a new area at Gearset.

  • You’ll work with experienced and knowledgeable Account Executives, learning from them to close upsell opportunities and gain expert product knowledge.

  • Become a key part of the sales team which thrives on competitive collaboration to ensure success for everyone in the team.

What you’ll achieve

  • You’ll be part of a growing and hugely important team responsible for renewing a significant proportion of Gearset’s annual revenue.

  • Ensure every active renewal is successfully closed, reaching (or exceeding!) your targets each month.

  • Become an expert in commercial discussions, revenue generating processes, contract negotiations, stakeholder management, and much more.

  • Through industry recognised sales training, and our own in-house product training, you’ll grow as a tech sales professional.

  • Influence Gearset’s product roadmap by sharing prospect feedback with the marketing and development teams, to ensure we’re continuing to build a world-class solution.
