Position Summary

This is an on-site role based in our New Belgrade office, requiring strong communication skills, outbound B2B sales experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international partners across time zones.

As a B2B Sales Agent you will play a key role in supporting our expansion into the German market, working with distributors, shops, and retail networks across Germany. Fluency in German (C1–C2) is required, along with the confidence to introduce and position our premium cigar brands to new B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach to distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across Germany and the DACH market.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline — from prospecting to follow-up, negotiation and closing
  • Present product catalogs, pricing, and brand stories to potential partners
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and follow structured outreach and follow-up cycles
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, distribution) to support order processing
  • Provide ongoing market insights and feedback to help refine sales strategy
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with growth goals
  • Ensure excellent communication and relationship-building with all B2B partners
