Role
We are looking for a strategic Senior Partner Marketing Manager, APJ to manage APJ partner demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Director, APJ Partner Marketing within the Marketing department.
This role is for an AI-driven marketer who uses AI day-to-day to move faster and smarter—and brings creative, high-impact ideas that translate into scalable partner motions. You will build repeatable, AI-powered programs and partner closely with Partner Business Managers, Global Partner Marketing, and regional stakeholders to keep programs relevant, always-on, and high-performing—while driving strong cross-functional orchestration across marketing ops, sales ops, and field teams to ensure end-to-end execution and results.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Own APJ partner demand gen strategy and execution to drive partner-sourced pipeline and measurable thru-partner outcomes, aligned to regional priorities

Build and run an AI-powered, agentic partner marketing engine to scale programs efficiently—especially in commercial/mid-market

Define and operationalize the lead lifecycle with partners, including lead handoff, follow-up motions, partner readiness, and conversion governance

Develop and execute impactful APJ partner pipeline generation programs (e.g., ZDay, PG Booster) with clear objectives, KPIs, and outcomes

Lead partner-driven executive/C-level motions to accelerate strategic conversations and provide input to Global Partner Marketing on regional requirements

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or program management (enterprise tech preferred)

AI-first operator: actively adopts new AI tools/approaches and uses AI day-to-day to increase speed, quality, and scale

Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable pipeline and adoption across distributed/matrixed teams

Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution basics, program ROI, and operational execution

Exceptional stakeholder management skills—collaborative, proactive, and comfortable influencing without authority
