IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As an Operator at Envalior, You will be responsible to deliver production task in a safe manner and reach quality target and high production efficiency by supporting the shift engineer.

You will make key contributions to Envalior

SHE, Quality, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company requirements for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Manufacturing, Quality and Security.
  • Comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH, GMP and other relevant management system requirements.

Authorities and Responsibilities

  • Strictly operate extrusion machines, mixing/feeding units, and packaging equipment according to SOPs.
  • Participate in production line start‑up and shutdown.
  • Execute LOTOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out) procedures.
  • Complete required operational and production records accurately.
  • Perform proper shift handover.
  • Execute production tasks according to the production plan.
  • Perform production line cleaning according to cleaning plans.
  • Collect and report production data (finished goods packaging, raw material consumption, operating time, downtime, etc.).
  • Report abnormal operating conditions.
  • Submit maintenance requests for equipment failures.
  • Maintain 5S in the assigned work area.
  • Execute PPM (Preventive & Predictive Maintenance) activities.
  • Handle abnormalities and restore production during line disruptions.
  • Propose improvement suggestions related to safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Submit safety observations.
  • Participate in updating and optimizing SOPs and JSAs.
  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the Shift Leader.
