The Technical Product Manager bears a significant responsibility for the tactical execution of our global product strategy. This position is integral to sustaining the continuity of our product-oriented operating model. We are looking for TPMs to join our Health & Care business unit to support our Private Health Insurance products. The Technical Product Manager at Civica plays a vital role in bringing our product strategy to life, seamlessly aligning our strategic goals with daily development activities. This position is dedicated to driving innovation in cutting-edge cloud-based, mobile, and AI-enhanced solutions.
You will work closely with the Product Manager to tackle trade-off decisions amidst competing priorities, resource constraints, and technical hurdles. In this role, you'll engage with a wide array of stakeholders—including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams—to drive effective product development. Additionally, you will harness data and metrics to guide product decisions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
You'll get the chance to dive into exciting activities like managing the Product Backlog, overseeing Agile Process Management, enjoying Continuous Discovery, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and helping to define and prioritize features.
