Job Title Marketing Operations Manager

Location Remote

Time Zone US Business Hours (EST/CST)

Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the critical bridge between our marketing team and our manufacturing departments — including print, assembly, and CNC. This is a full-time role requiring someone who deeply understands how marketing campaigns translate into physical production, and who can keep people, processes, and timelines in alignment across a distributed, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing operations and ensure seamless alignment between the marketing team and manufacturing departments (print, assembly, and CNC)

  • Manage and supervise team members through daily huddles, one-on-ones, and structured check-ins

  • Streamline workflows and operational processes across marketing and production to maximise efficiency

  • Coordinate with department directors and cross-functional remote teams across multiple time zones

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure consistent operational output and accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related supervisory capacity

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign workflows, and how marketing strategy drives physical production

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead remote teams across different time zones

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work full US business hours (EST/CST)

  • Fluent in English — both written and spoken — with a clear, professional communication style

  • Must have prior remote work experience, be proficient with remote collaboration tools (such as Zoom, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, or similar), and have ideally worked with US-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sign-making, print, or physical product manufacturing environments

  • Prior experience working remotely with US-based companies

  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Zoom, Asana, or Monday.com

Tools & Technology

  • Project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)

  • Video conferencing tools (Zoom or equivalent)

  • Remote collaboration and communication tools (Slack or similar)

  • Google Workspace or equivalent productivity suite
