職務概述
Coupang 的招募與規劃團隊透過尋找並聘用頂尖人才,在公司高速成長中扮演關鍵角色。
身為招募規劃與專案資深專員,您將負責管理高影響力的策略專案組合,並作為組織的策略夥伴。您將負責執行 L3 層級招募,同時進行深入的多維度數據分析以優化招募引擎。此外,您也將負責L1 層級招募渠道規劃,確保穩定且高品質的人才供應鏈,同時傳遞 Coupang 的領導理念。
主要職責(What You Will Do)
- 管理並執行 L3 招募: 主導 L3 專業職位的端到端招募流程,確保人才品質符合公司成長與文化需求。
- 進行多維度人才分析: 深入分析 L3 候選人,包括招募渠道、任職年資、產業背景、薪資結構及性別多元性,提供數據導向的招募建議。
- 優化招募 Lead Time: 監控並分析完整招募流程,找出瓶頸並提升效率,在不影響品質下縮短招募時間。
- 分析離職率與留任品質: 追蹤早期流動率與到職後績效(特別是 L1 與 L3),找出根本原因並回饋至招募策略。
- L1 招募渠道策略規劃: 分析大量招募渠道的成效與成本,確保具備可擴展性並滿足旺季需求。
- 設計並主導招募專案: 規劃策略專案範疇、時程與資源(如標準作業流程 SOP 建立與跨部門招募活動)。
- 管理層報告: 定期提供數據導向報告(如 Lead Time、離職率),預測風險並提出改善建議。
基本條件(Basic Qualifications)
- 大學學歷,具備 7 年以上招募營運、人才招募或專案管理相關經驗
- 進階數據分析能力: 能分析複雜數據(如招募 Lead Time、留任/離職率)並驅動決策
- 熟悉人才市場分析(Market Mapping),包含產業、年資及薪資結構等面向
- 具備創意思考與跨團隊合作解決問題能力
- 具備目標導向與高度自我驅動能力,能達成具挑戰性目標

Role Overview
Coupang’s recruiters and planning specialists play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Recruiting Planning & Project Senior Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of high-impact strategic projects and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will be responsible for executing L3-level recruitment while performing deep multi-dimensional data analysis to optimize the hiring engine. Additionally, you will oversee L1-level channel planning to ensure a stable and high-quality talent supply chain while championing Coupang’s leadership principles.
What You Will Do
- Manage and Execute L3 Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for L3 professional roles, ensuring high-quality hires that align with business growth and culture.
- Conduct Multi-Dimensional Talent Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis on L3 candidates, focusing on Sourcing Channels, Tenure, Industry Background, Salary Structures, and Gender Diversity to provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
- Optimize Recruitment Lead Time: Monitor and analyze the full recruitment lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that reduce the time-to-hire without compromising quality.
- Analyze Turnover and Retention Quality: Track early turnover rates and post-hire performance (especially for L1 and L3) to identify root causes and feedback insights into the sourcing and selection strategy.
- Strategic L1 Channel Planning: Analyze the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of mass-hiring channels for L1 roles, ensuring scalability and readiness for seasonal surges.
- Design and Lead Recruitment Projects: Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans for strategic initiatives, such as process standardization (SOP) and cross-functional hiring campaigns.
- Leadership Reporting: Provide regular, data-intensive updates to leadership, using metrics like Lead Time and Turnover to forecast risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or project management
- Advanced Data Analytics Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets including Lead Time (Time-to-Hire) and Retention/Turnover rates to drive business decisions
- Expertise in Market Mapping and talent analysis across variables such as industry, tenure, and compensation benchmarks
- Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
- Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Visualization Proficiency: Experience using tools like Tableau, SQL, or Advanced Excel to model Lead Time trends and Turnover correlations
- General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance, legal, HR, logistics, e-commerce, or tech
- Experience in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) analytics and gender-balanced hiring strategies
- Experience working or hiring within a high-growth start-up or large-scale logistics/retail environment
