Splendid Communications, an exciting and passionate PR Communications agency, is looking for a talented Account Manager to join the team.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to make a huge impact working on high-profile food, drink, lifestyle and consumer tech clients, and covering the full range of creative briefs from always-on activity to major campaigns.

What you’ll do

·         Own day-to-day client relationships and keep your Account Director informed on progress, risks and next steps

·         Drive campaigns and always-on activity forward—briefing, delegating, building timelines and keeping delivery on track

·         Create and manage content and media collateral (social/media copy, imagery, video) in line with brand guidelines

·         Lead on media relations: spot reactive opportunities, pitch and sell-in stories, and build strong journalist relationships

·         Manage third-party suppliers (briefs, contracts, POs, invoicing) and ensure internal processes are followed

·         Support budget and resourcing management across accounts, helping ensure work is delivered on time and to budget

·         Lead by example and help develop junior team members
