About the Role As our Part-Time Accountant, you will own the day-to-day financial record-keeping that keeps Suger running smoothly. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and operational finance processes - rather than strategic finance planning. You’ll work closely with our founders and operations team to ensure our books are organized, accurate, and audit-ready at all times. Because we’re a fast-moving startup, you should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, handling ambiguity, and helping build lightweight processes as we scale. This is a remote, part-time contract role requiring approximately 10–20 hours per week. Occasional in-person meetings may be required as needed. This position is offered as a fixed-term contract with automatic renewal every three months, subject to ongoing business needs and satisfactory performance.
