BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance — and AI is at the center of how we do it. We’re expanding our AI team and looking for another AI Adoption Lead to help us go further, faster. This is a new role on a growing team, built for someone who is more builder than theorist; more doer than strategist. About the Role In this role, you'll help bring AI into the day-to-day work of every department at BIS. This role isn't about talking up the future of AI - it's about making AI real, practical, and useful right now. You'll work across departments to uncover opportunities, build and deploy AI solutions, and help people do their jobs better, faster, and more creatively. If you're all about action, experimentation, and making change stick, this is your kind of role. Part engineer, part consultant, part coach — you bring ideas to life and you bring people along with you. This is an onsite role based at our Sherwood Park, Alberta office.
