WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our P3 team in Poland.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Oversee the performance and value of a portfolio of industrial / logistics assets
  • Develop and execute asset management strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Drive income growth through leasing activity, rent reviews, and contract optimization
  • Plan and execute leasing of vacant areas in cooperation with Leasing Team
  • Closely work with Investment Manager and Development Team in planning full life cycle of an asset (from acquisition/development to disposal)   
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance (NOI, budgets, forecasts, CAPEX)
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, valuations and business plans for assigned assets
  • Identify and implement value-add initiatives (cost optimization, repositioning, ESG improvements)
  • Collaborate with Leasing, Property Management and Development Teams to maximize asset performance
  • Manage relationships with tenants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee external service providers (property managers, consultants, brokers, legal advisors)
  • Support acquisitions and disposals through underwriting, due diligence, and execution
  • Prepare regular reporting for senior management

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Experience in asset management, property management, or real estate finance (industrial/logistics sector preferred)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Good understanding of lease agreements and commercial real estate market dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and commercial mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with real estate software/tools is a plus
  • Fluency in Polish and English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
