What’s Oppizi

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of campaigns. We offer four channels: Hand-to-Hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), Parcel Inserts (in shipment boxes), and Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via the national postal service). We operate in over 10 countries, with the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber Eats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others.

Job description

The Business Development Manager will lead the full sales cycle for the US & Canada—from prospecting and first contact to closing new partnerships. The goal is to build a strong pipeline, engage with marketers and growth teams, and help brands understand how Oppizi’s offline marketing channels can support their acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle across the US & Canada, from outreach to closing.
  • Identify and target marketing and growth teams through outbound prospecting.
  • Build and run outbound sequences tailored to offline performance marketing use cases.
  • Handle inbound leads, including demo requests and content-driven inquiries, and guide them through Oppizi’s offering.
  • Run qualification calls to understand campaign needs across channels like hand-to-hand, door-to-door, EDDM, and brand activations.
  • Develop high-quality opportunities by mapping client objectives, scope, markets, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM, including lead status, outreach history, and next steps.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and prospecting angles.
  • Align with Operations teams to understand campaign logistics and ensure smooth pre-sales communication.
  • Represent Oppizi with clarity, professionalism, and a strong understanding of our four offline channels.
