We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Junior Business Development Representative who is eager to start a career in sales and business development. This role is key to generating new business opportunities and serves as the first point of contact with potential clients. English proficiency is mandatory, as interaction with international clients or teams will be part of daily activities.

The BDR will work closely with the Sales team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and contribute to the growth of the company’s sales pipeline.

Daily tasks include active prospecting of new potential clients (outbound and inbound), research and analysis of target accounts and contacts, outreach to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other channels, lead qualification based on predefined criteria, accurate data entry and updates in the CRM, scheduling meetings for the sales team, timely follow-up with contacted prospects, reporting daily and weekly activities and results.
