As part of this endeavor, we are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist (Turning) to join our esteemed team based in Silverstone.
As a CNC Machinist specializing in Turning, you will play a pivotal role in the production of precision components essential for our high-performance racing cars. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of the Cadillac Formula 1® Team.
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-precision metallic components in compliance with exacting specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks on finished components to ensure adherence to defined standards
- Collaborate effectively with design engineers and fellow machinists to improve manufacturing processes and optimize production techniques
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of all machining activities performed
- Assist in training and mentoring junior machinists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
