Roles and Responsibilities
- Adherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies.
- Onsite co-ordination between mechanical and other disciplines.
- Monitoring and delivering of project construction schedule
- Attending on-site co-ordination meetings with client.
- Co-ordinating and monitoring labour and plant requirements with site supervisors
- Supervision of project sub-contractors
- Reporting directly to the project manager on all aspects of the project
- Working closely with site engineers and safety officers to achieve project goals.
- Closely monitoring labour loading at all times to ensure that all costs are minimized.
- Ensuring that all project variations are recorded for the project QS
