We are seeking experienced Directors to join our Brazil entity and support the company’s governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, operational integrity, and technology oversight in alignment with applicable Brazilian regulations and best practices for financial institutions and virtual asset service providers (VASPs). This role will work closely with senior management and relevant stakeholders to ensure the company maintains strong governance, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across key business functions. Candidates should possess deep expertise in at least one of the functional areas outlined below.
