As our Director, FP&A and AI Finance, you will own the financial planning engine for Sur La Table — a brand with 59+ retail locations, a growing ecommerce business, and one of the largest cooking education programs in the US. You will lead the full budget and forecast cycle, partner directly with brand leadership on strategic decisions, and serve as the financial voice on new business opportunities and capital investments. Beyond traditional FP&A, you will lead the AI-driven transformation of our finance function — building and deploying automated workflows, agent-based tools, and always-on reporting that reduce manual lift and accelerate insight delivery across the team. At 6–12 months, success looks like a forecast process that runs faster and cleaner than before, a team that is developing under your leadership, and finance being viewed by business partners as a proactive strategic resource rather than a reporting function. This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.
