The Opportunity
Join our global Client Services team as an Associate Consultant within the EDM Change function, supporting the delivery of onboarding and change activity for our EDMaaS clients. Working alongside experienced consultants, youâll help ensure client changes are delivered consistently, governed appropriately, and transitioned smoothly into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Youâll build a strong foundation in change governance, documentation, and operational processesâcontributing to impact assessments, maintaining client runbooks, and coordinating updates across teams. As your capability grows, youâll begin to triage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently, escalating risks and issues for review and learning how to communicate progress and impacts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious about financial data and enjoys structured delivery in a fast-paced environment. Youâll gain exposure across clients, datasets, and service types while developing the skills and confidence to progress into broader ownership of change delivery, deeper subject-matter expertise, and future leadership opportunities within the EDM Change team.
What you will do:
Process, Governance & Standards
- Follow defined change governance procedures with guidance.
- Complete CAB Impact Assessments with support from senior colleagues.
- Maintain clientâspecific and generic support documentation.
- Apply onboarding, change, and operational procedures in line with the Transition Framework.
- Build a solid knowledge base across clients and service types to support future SME growth.
Onboarding & Change Delivery
- Complete onboardingârelated tasks under the direction of senior consultants.
- Support the handover from Change to Operations for onboardings and significant client changes.
- Triage and deliver lowâ to midâcomplexity change requests independently.
- Maintain accurate client updates on assigned RSDs.
- Investigate escalated issues and propose solutions for review.
Issue Resolution & Technical Contribution
- Assist with RCAs, service performance updates and preparation for Client Experience meetings.
- Support changeârelated analysis, documentation updates, and operational insights.
- Build foundational technical skills through training and certifications.
- Develop knowledge of Rimes tools, workflows, and data processes.
Collaboration, Influence & Client Engagement
- Begin developing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular client communication for assigned responsibilities.
- Learn to articulate progress and explain change impacts.
- Contribute to crossâteam collaboration by sharing observations and proposing improvements.
People Development
- Learn from senior colleagues and develop earlyâcareer capability in change delivery and EDM services.
Who you are:
- A recent graduate with a technical or dataârelated background; or
- Someone with earlyâcareer experience in EDM Services or similar data ingestion and processing environments.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to expand knowledge in financial data, workflows, and client delivery.
- Comfortable analysing problems, following structured processes, and learning from senior team members.
