Role & Missions

Test Bench Development & Instrumentation

  • Develop and maintain electronic test benches and measurement equipment
  • Define instrumentation setups for accurate and repeatable validation
  • Ensure test environments reflect real-world operating conditions

Electronic Validation & Testing

  • Validate electronic boards (functional, thermal, EMI/EMC, power consumption)
  • Define test procedures, protocols, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure reliability and consistency of validation results

Failure Analysis & Debugging

  • Diagnose faults and analyze electronic failures at board and system level
  • Perform root-cause analysis and support corrective actions
  • Work closely with hardware teams to resolve issues efficiently

Test Automation & Production Support

  • Develop automated test systems and validation tools for production
  • Support scaling from prototype to production testing workflows
  • Improve test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards (CE, EMI/EMC, electrical safety)
  • Support certification and qualification processes
  • Maintain validation records and traceability

Design Collaboration & Reliability

  • Collaborate with design teams to improve reliability and testability
  • Provide feedback on design for validation and manufacturability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of electronic systems
