Your career as Field Sales Team Leader will give you the opportunity to get to know the beauty market and help small businesses make more time for themselves, as well as drive local growth in alignment with sales targets and help our team develop.

What you’ll do:

As Team Leader, you will have two main tasks: 

Expand our customer portfolio in your base city and engage the Field Sales team in Malaga, Seville, Murcia and Valencia to achieve targets by attracting new customers, mainly through door-to-door visits, building a customer portfolio from scratch and meticulously recording these activities in our CRM, Salesforce.

You will also have to visit the team in the different cities to support them with face-to-face visits to understand the needs of potential customers, present the Booksy product and perform demonstrations, assisting in the initial configuration of the application. Customer relationship management will be key, from initial contact through the onboarding process, ensuring account activation and collaborating with the onboarding team.
