What you’ll be doing
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations, influencing key decisions with commercial insight
- Take end-to-end ownership of the P&L related to supplier costs, materials, and third-party manufacturing
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, using driver-based models to steer performance
- Play a key role in the S&OP process, translating demand and supply plans into financial outcomes and challenging assumptions
- Drive working capital improvements, with a strong focus on inventory, cash, and supplier management
- Deliver forward-looking insights and performance analysis, shifting from reporting to actionable recommendations
- Ensure strong financial control and accurate month-end close, including variance analysis and governance
- Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting, systems, and ways of working
