Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing Finance Team in London, reporting to the Management Accountant. The role is part of a global team made up of people from Berlin, Paris, New York, LA, Miami, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.

Duties will predominantly consist of:

• Sales ledger
• Credit control
• Assisting with purchase ledger
• Supplier payments preparation
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Staff expense processing
• Bank management (including bank reconciliations)
• Intercompany transactions
• Assisting with payroll
• Assisting with VAT (and equivalents in other countries)
• Any other duties as requested by the group financial controller/ group management accountant to support the finance function
