Finance Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Operations Manager to oversee core finance processes, ensuring robust financial controls, and driving operational efficiency across the finance function.

This role owns end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and employee expenses, while leading process improvements and enforcing financial policies across the business.

This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote at our Gloucester location (non-negotiable).
