The Role This is a senior leadership role at the heart of how Fresha makes decisions. You will lead our analytics function — managing a team of analysts, setting the direction for our BI tooling and analytical practices, and running programmes of work that move the metrics that matter across sales, retention, growth, payments and product. This is not a back-office support role. You will sit “in the middle” of the business — Commercial, Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing — convincing teams of the right ideas and then seeing them through to actual change. You will also shape how we use AI tooling to scale our analytics capabilities and reach across the organisation. To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, this role will be based in our dog-friendly office 4 days per week in London: The Bower, 207-122, Old Street, London EC1V 9NR.
