The role
We're looking for someone to build our commercial engine from scratch — the person who turns Lucis into a platform that enterprises, insurers, and brands want to partner with.
What you'll own:
B2B enterprise sales: selling preventive health programs to large corporates and CAC40 companies
Health insurance partnerships: positioning Lucis as a prevention partner for insurers
Strategic brand partnerships: co-branded activations and distribution deals
The Lucis sales playbook: from first outreach to closed deal to expansion — you write it
CRM, pipeline, and forecasting infrastructure — built from zero
First sales hire (within 6–9 months)
What good looks like in 6 months:
3–5 enterprise deals closed (employee wellness / preventive health programs)
Weighted pipeline ≥€500K ARR from B2B + partnerships
≥1 health insurance partnership signed (pilot or commercial)
Sales playbook v1 written, tested, and iterated
CRM operational with clean pipeline and weekly forecasting
What we're looking for:
You've personally closed complex B2B deals (€50K+ ACV) — enterprise, institutional, or strategic partnerships
You've built a sales motion from scratch, not just run an existing one
You can navigate procurement, multiple stakeholders, and 6-month cycles without losing momentum
You think in deal structures, not just relationships — pricing, terms, mutual value, expansion levers
You're a writer: proposals, sequences, decks, playbooks — you document what works so it scales
You thrive when the path isn't clear. No ICP, no playbook, no team — and that excites you
Fluent English + strong French (CAC40 and insurance deals require it)
Nice to have:
Health, wellness, insurance, or regulated industry experience
Sold into HR / People / Benefits buyers
Multi-market EU experience
Has built and managed a small sales team (2–5 people)
Comfort with CRM setup, light automation, and data analysis

We’re open to relocation support for the right individuals, and we welcome missionaries who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis.
