WHO YOU ARE:
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, identity and access management, virtualization technologies, and system performance optimization. This role requires a well-rounded engineer who can ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across on-premises and cloud environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  • Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, and related services (ADDS/ADDNS).
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity and access management.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers and infrastructure.
  • Manage and support virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and security hardening activities.
  • Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are implemented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure improvements and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience with AWS cloud services or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and services.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell or similar).
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure monitoring and performance tuning tools.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or exposure to related tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Expertise in Active Directory and DNS (ADDS/ADDNS).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
  • Solid understanding of system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Relevant Microsoft or virtualization certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Windows Server, VMware) are a plus.

Additional Information:
This position may require occasional after-hours support for maintenance, upgrades, or critical incidents. A background check may be required depending on the nature of data access.
