What you will do
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a localized "Go-to-Market" playbook for SG and MY that challenges rising competitors and captures market share
Lead 360-degree marketing initiatives across PR, digital, social, and offline channels to drive brand recall and trust
Work closely with regional leadership to align marketing spend with business growth targets across SG and MY markets
Who You Are
A natural connector who is comfortable navigating diverse environments, from corporate boardrooms to traditional trade associations
Proven track record of taking a low-awareness brand and turning it into a household name within the B2B or professional services sector
Deep understanding of business etiquette and media landscapes in both Singapore and Malaysia
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
Localize and execute Plaud's global integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, digital, retail, and e-commerce channels in Singapore and Malaysia
Translate global strategies into culturally relevant campaigns tailored to Singapore and Malaysia audiences and media ecosystems
Manage local agencies and partners to ensure assets, tone, and timelines align with Plaud's brand and product goals
Collaborate closely with HQ IMC and Product Marketing teams to maintain message consistency and operational efficiency
Track campaign results, compile post-campaign insights, and provide recommendations to optimize future launches
