Your Mission Contribute to the evolution of global communication at BlaBlaCar. You will support the LLM Translation Quality Project, building a scalable, language-agnostic engine that automates and elevates our content across 20+ languages. From defining AI translation quality standards to auditing LLM output, you will bridge the gap between customer-centric content and AI automation, ensuring our support platform is both technologically advanced and human-centric. This is a four-month fixed-term contract running from June to October Your responsibilities  LLM Translation Quality Project: Contribute to the design, build and implementation of a language agnostic LLM process, including translation quality reviews and content reorganisation.  Content creation and localisation: Research and produce core content for support channels and manage localisation into 20 languages using AI-driven workflows. End-to-End content projects: Lead the entire content project lifecycle, from initial conception to stakeholder implementation. AI: Co-develop prompts and AI agents for our tools. Track key metrics to measure the impact of AI and ensure continuous model improvement. Required Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience managing content across multiple languages and markets.  A strong understanding of and hands-on experience with AI tools, with a genuine curiosity for building and testing new AI agents. Adaptable and resourceful, with the proven ability to learn and master new software and tools quickly. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet business goals. Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented in your approach to content and project management. Preferred Qualifications: A background in translation, linguistics, or similar. French language skills are a plus. Previous experience writing content for a customer service or community support audience.
