Descripción de la oferta From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialising in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are managing for one of our clients, a global apparel and footwear packaging, labelling, and trim innovation company, the figure of Production Coordinator in their offices in Porto . In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and we have offices in Ámsterdam, Barcelona, Berlín, Braga, Londres, Madrid, Milán, París and Zúrich. When working as Production Coordinator you will function as a link between Brand / KAM / Supply Chain. You are responsible that the Product Developments and the global business runs smoothly overviewing prices, samples, stock planning and shipments. Key responsibilities: Act as the main link between Brand, KAM, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate product development, including trims, specifications, and brand requirements. Manage pricing and sampling processes, from cost review to sample approval. Ensure accurate data management and system updates in TEXAS and GARP. Oversee production launch and webshop product uploads after approval. Handle global stock planning and lifecycle management of products. Requisitos English and Italian fluently. Experience in the textile sector , preferably in product development or brand coordination. Strong understanding of supply chain and production processes. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Brand, KAM, PD, CS). Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., TEXAS, GARP) is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Attention to detail, especially in data and pricing management. Excellent communication skills in an international environment. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
